Writing Diary – 6th June

Not much writing going on today, as I’m not in the right mood for it. I have instead updated links and things so they go to the right place.

Before starting this venture, I had no idea that that Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com might as well be in different galaxies. I have had to set up two author profile pages, two associate accounts and there is still no way that I can see of telling it that yes, I have published a Kindle version of 546 Runs Were Enough, so please link to it from the paperback page. Never mind.

I have also added links to the books to my LinkedIn profile (change your password if you haven’t already, by the way) and created a new Twitter background.

I was also pleased to see that Return To The Crease has gained a 5-star review from a happy customer. That did at least make me smile.

I caught the end of the Andy Murray match as I got home from work. He has an extraordinary knack of following up the ridiculous with the sublime and vice versa. Which is why he probably won’t ever win a major.

When Djokovic was faced with four match points to save yesterday he consistently produced outstanding tennis to keep himself alive. That’s what is required.
