Writing Diary – 15th May

This morning I was interviewed by Neil Graham of the Grantham Journal. He very kindly approached me to talk about my books and plans to run a feature on me. I completely forgot to pull out a rehearsed line about writing to inform, educate and entertain, or at least one of the three if I’m lucky.

He’s hopeful the piece will appear in this week’s issue. (Local) fame at last.

This evening, I have gone through the entire hockey book so far, reshaping, rewording and researching so I can move forward with more writing without worrying about inaccuracies in the first few chapters.

There are now no snippets such as (CHECK!!!), (DOUBLE CHECK!!!), and (??????) left in the copy.
